Cottage Homes This series of homes was
designed to meet the growing demands of Backyard Homes.
While many zoning laws allow the installation of these
designs, the permit and set-back requirements should be
confirmed with the local permitting authority. These
home are built to the Designer Series Specifications
with the following exceptions:
•Roofing Materials are Optional
•Siding Materials are Optional
•Home is prepped & wired for Fujitsu Halcyon Mini-Split
Heat Pumps.
These energy
efficient units can be purchased locally and are easy to
install. Each home typically takes two (2) units. (We
recommend model# 12RLQ).
